This folder will provide your weekly reading instructions.  Each reading group will have a folder that you will have access to at school and home.  All your reading material will be referenced so you can access it in the classroom.  All task related activities will be in your group folder.  You will be required to conference with me once a week and work diligently through the week critically thinking, creating, synthesising and evaluating what you have read and produced.  The chat forum will give you an opportunity to discuss your views and share your opinions with others in your group.

Don't let the fear of the time it will take to accomplish something stand in the way of your doing it. The time will pass anyway; we might just as well put that passing time to the best possible use.  Earl Nightingale
